How to Place an Order

If you are not already a member of this website, you will need to click on the "Join" button to the left and fill out our membership form. Becoming a member is cost and obligation free.

If you are already a member, enter your username and password in the textboxes to the left and click on "Login".

You can find the drugs that you wish to order by entering the first few letters in the name of the drug (either brand name or generic name) in the search box to the left and then click on "Go".

This will bring up a list of matching drugs by brand name and generic name. Select the appropriate drug from the list and then choose the appropriate strength and quantity required by clicking on the icon.

The item will then appear in your shopping cart summary in the left column of this website. You can repeat this step to add further items to your shopping cart.

You can click on "View Cart" to the left to view your shopping cart to make any changes to quantities of items or remove items.

Once you are happy with the item in your shopping cart, you can proceed to our secure checkout page by clicking on "Checkout" in the left column or on the shopping cart page.

If you have not logged in you will be asked to enter your username and password or you can become a member at this point.

You will then be transfer to our secure payment page. This is indicated by the padlock icon at bottom of your browser window. The address for are secure site is http://www.securepharmacy.org and all pages are encrypted using 128-bit SSL. This service is provided by Thawte.

On the order form you can select your shipping option and check that your details are correct. If they are not, click on "Change Details". You will then be required to enter your credit card details and click "Place Order".

Soon after you will receive an email with your order details.

Your credit card will be charged just before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email from us when this is done.

For your order to be processed we will require a faxed copy to your original prescription from your doctor. You can fax this to our toll-free (within USA) fax number: 1-877-640-4132. Please make sure that your orderID is clearly visible in your fax.

If you have already faxed a script to us for a previous order and your doctor has indicated that it includes repeats, we do not require a further script from you.

We generally provide a 3 month supply for long term medications with each order. If you have a script with 3 repeats that means that one script is valid for 12 months.

You can check on the status of your order by logging into this website and clicking on "Orders" to the left. This will bring up a history of your orders and any current pending orders.

If you have chosen the Express Courier International shipping option, you will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel at the Australia Post website.
